Welcome to the Player Registration with Gretna Youth Softball Baseball Association!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

 

General Information

  • Registration will close February 15, 2025 
    • 15% late fee February 16 - March 1
    • No registrations will be accepted after March 1st 
  • Player & Coach requests are not guaranteed 
  • Teams will be released at our Meet The Coach Event on March 9, 2025
    • Gretna Middle School from 12pm - 3pm 
  • We need volunteers to help coach the teams.  Please consider being a coach this year!
    • Coaches will receive a $30.00 discount off 1 child's registration fees.  The discount will be given at the end of the year when equipment is handed back in.
  • No refunds of registration or other fees will be made after the player is assigned to a team. Exception: In extreme cases, a refund (less administrative & processing fees) may be granted at a later date, subject to approval by the GYSBA Executive Committee.

  • Jersey
  • Baseball Cap/Softball Visor

Equipment Needed

  • Baseball/Softball Glove
  • Baseball/Softball Bat
  • Helmet

NOTE: Some coaches may ask players to buy certain color pants, belt, and socks.  Not all coaches require these items.  You will need to make sure to check with the head coach.
